The Arrival of 10,000 Cows to Baladna farm in Early 2018

In accordance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the country to achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency of national products and to make our food and medicine, the national farms, including our country, resorted to exerting utmost efforts to achieve self-sufficiency of meat and dairy products. Almost 60 days after the blockade, the results are still positive for Qatar and its people who turned to the local product, while the Qatari farms have worked hard to double production to cover the local market with all the needs of the Qatari consumer of meat, milk and cheese
