His Highness the Amir visits Baladna

The Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani visited the Baladna farm yesterday. His Highness was briefed about the latest production technologies used in dairy farming, dairy production and juices at Baladna Food Industries.
Baladna Food Industries, Qatar’s main producer of fresh dairy, had entered into the fruit juice market recently and produces six different flavors of fresh juice.
The company, which was established in 2014 as a small farm, ramped-up production immediately after the blockade in early June 2017. Within a span of 20 months, it implemented the first and second phases of its huge expansion. Currently, Baladna produces about 320 tonnes of fresh milk.
